In 2016 we built an exclusive villa, completely detached from the central body of the standard apartments: the DWELLING.

This villa is located near the pool area and can accommodate 7 guests in total, developed on 2 levels, connected by an internal staircase.

It can also be rented separately, such as Dwelling 4 on the main floor and Dwelling 3 on the lower floor.

The Dwelling has a private entrance with automatic gate and is connected to the common areas of the residence.

The style of this villa is always characterized by the Salento quarry.
